WEDNESDAY EVENING ACTIVITIES

 

Wednesday evenings at Parkhills are a great time of fellowship and growth in God's Word for all ages.

Fellowship Dinner - 5:15-6:00 PM 

Our Wednesday meal is a great opportunity for families to enjoy a home cooked meal and fellowship with others. First time guests’ meals are free!  Plates are $8/adult and $5/child (under 13 years) with a family maximum of $25. Submit your reservation using the form below or by calling the church office (210-494-5219). Please make your reservation by 5:00 PM on Monday or ask to be on our standing list. Reservation must be cancelled by calling the church office no later than 5:00 PM Monday to avoid being charged. Along with the main dish, meals generally include one or two sides, salad, and dessert.

Ongoing Wednesday Night Classes and Activities

kidFUEL - 6:30 PM

Wednesday nights are an exciting time for kids all ages! During the school year, KidFUEL meets from 6:15 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for a time of music, Bible study, and fun activities for 1st - 5th grade. Preschool-age kids also enjoy a time of Bible teaching, music, crafts and playing with friends while parents are at the church for Wednesday night activities. During the summer, we will provide childcare while parents are involved in ON CAMPUS activities only.

Discipleship University - 6:30 PM 

An Adult Bible Study led by Bro. Robert in Room 104. Informal, interesting, and inspiring! Topics vary and may include topical studies, Books of the Bible series, or Biblical Doctrine. Feel free to join in anytime!

Student FUEL - 6:30 PM

Student FUEL is our mid-week gathering for middle and high school students from 6:30-8:00 p.m. in the PAC. We have a time of recreation, worship and Bible study led by our Student Minister.

Worship Choir & Orchestra Rehearsal - 6:30 PM

Worship Choir and Orchestra members meet at 6:00 p.m. in the choir room on Wednesday evenings to rehearse. Not only do members prepare to lead worship during our Sunday morning worship service, but they also have a great time of fellowship doing so. New choir members are always welcome!
