The Medical Release form is valid from date of signature through the end of the calendar year. If any information changes, please complete a new form.

Wednesday Night Supper RSVP

Our Wednesday meal is a great opportunity for families to enjoy a home cooked meal and fellowship with others. First time guests’ meals are free! Plates are $8/adult and $5/child (under 13 years) with a family maximum of $25. Submit your reservation using the form below or by calling the church office (210-494-5219). Please make your reservation by 5:00 PM on Monday or ask to be on our standing list. Reservation must be cancelled by calling the church office no later than 5:00 PM Monday to avoid being charged. Along with the main dish, meals generally include one or two sides, salad, and dessert.
