Our community is home to a diverse mix of families. In 2024, within just five miles of the church, over 73% of households were made up of married couples with children under 18. However, a steadily increasing number of single-parent families seems to be on the rise. Many of our neighbors work in professional and managerial roles, with 78% employed in white-collar careers. San Antonio also serves as home to several major corporations—Rackspace, USAA, and Valero—and proudly carries the name Military City USA with Joint Base San Antonio’s three major military installations.
North Central San Antonio reflects the city’s diversity, with 39% Hispanic/Latino, 46% White, 5% Asian, 5% Black/African American, and 4% Pacific Islander/American Indian, or other ethnicities. The median age is 40, slightly above the Texas average, offering a mature and family-focused community environment.
