Parkhills is committed to local and global missions. We give to missions all year through our world mission offering. God has called each of us to reach the world for Christ. We have the privilege of reaching out personally, but we also have the privilege of supporting others who are on mission.

Here are some ways that you can get involved in local and global missions through Parkhills.

Nursing Home Ministry

On a weekly basis, Parkhills' members join residents of a local assisted living facility for a time of worship and fellowship. Come proclaim the Gospel in song and word.

Parkhills on Mission

God has called each of us to reach the world for Christ. Parkhills on Mission monthly gatherings provide an opportunity to hear about the many ways that God is working in and through His people and how you can get involved. Some of our previous speakers have included Parkhills members sharing about recent trips to serve and proclaim the truth of the Gospel and representatives from the International Mission  Board, Voice of the Martyrs and The Navigators. Monthly meetings are held on the last Sunday of each month after the worship service with a potluck lunch.

Manna House

In the summer of 2014, Parkhills Baptist Church began the process of developing a feeding and care station in Matchakaza Village, Malawi, Africa. This new ministry is called "Manna House". Malawi is home to 1.2 million orphans. Famine, HIV/AIDS, Malaria, and other preventable diseases leave children without parents to provide for them. Through Manna House, as many as one hundred fifty orphans are provided meals, medical attention, clothing, education, and hope. In addition, Parkhills has a part in bringing God's love to these orphans; with that love comes the gospel of Jesus Christ. For more information about this wonderful ministry visit the Manna House website at
